What we test
From drug allergies in dental patients to autoimmune panels for suspected lupus — we cover complex cases that general labs cannot.
Dental preparations
Anaesthetics (septanest, mepivastesin, ubistesin, scandonest, orablock), filling materials, metals, implants.
Solid-form medications
Antibiotics, NSAIDs, antivirals, hormones, antifungals, choleretics — tablets, capsules, powders, herbs.
Liquid-form medications
General anaesthesia (propofol, ketamine), vaccines, injectable NSAIDs.
Cosmetics
Creams, lotions, mascara, perfumes — anything applied to skin or inhaled.
Household allergens
Laundry detergents, cleaners, soaps, house dust, mould — common cause of unexplained dermatitis.
Food allergens
Infant formula, fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, dairy — standard and uncommon food reactions.
Plant allergens
Tree, grass and cereal pollen. Seasonal rhinitis, hay fever — pinpoint the source.
Animal allergens
Cat, dog, horse epithelium, fur, bird feather.
Autoimmune disease
Antinuclear antibodies (ANF, dsDNA, ANA), vasculitis (cANCA/pANCA), myositis, antiphospholipid syndrome, hepatic and renal autoimmunity.

Most allergy labs work only with standard IgE panels. We add our proprietary IMASA methodology and the ALEX molecular panel — which is why patients with complex cases come to us.
IMASA ELISA
Reaction to your own substance
Interact Modeling of Allergen-Specific Antibody. We test your blood serum against ANY substance you bring: medication, anaesthetic, material, sample. This finds allergens not present in standard databases. 6,000–6,500 KZT per allergen.
ALEX-300
Molecular panel for 300 allergens
Allergy Explorer 3 — multiplex test by MADx. A single blood draw tests 300 molecular components (foods, pollen, epithelium, insect venoms). Results 1–3 days. 90,000 KZT. No need to stop antihistamines.
Autoimmune diagnostics
IIF + immunoblot + ELISA
Screening of antinuclear factor and antibodies (ANF, dsDNA, ANCA, AQP4), confirmatory immunoblots for 17–22 antigens, quantitative IgG/IgM/IgA. Pre-built disease packages — better value than individual tests.
